MANDATORY FOR THE CLEANING SECTOR CHECK IN AND OUT AT WORK
Mandatory Attendance Registration in the Cleaning Sector
Do you work with foreign employees, self-employed persons, or temporary workers in the cleaning sector? Then you are required to digitally record their presence at the workplace via Check In and Out at Work. As the employer, you must ensure they are correctly registered and that all data is forwarded to the database.
Each employee then checks in themselves when they start working, take a break, or finish. This can be done very easily via a smartphone or badge. The registration takes place at the start of the working day and may not be pre-filled by the employer.
This government measure helps prevent social fraud and combat undeclared work.
