Works Agreement: Seconded
WORK STATUTE SECONDED EMPLOYEE
As a seconded employee, you temporarily work in another country for a company, but you remain employed by your own employer or a temp agency.
For example, you work in Belgium, but your contract and salary come from a company in your home country or from a secondment agency.
Secondment usually takes place for a certain period and for a specific assignment.

- You do not automatically have the right to the Belgian minimum wage.
